- Clinical Director
- The Clinical Director oversees all clinical operations for either home-based or clinic-based services at Verbal Dimensions and ensures the efficiency of all clinical operations.
- Clinical Supervisor
- Clinical Supervisors design evidence-based interventions for clients receiving behavior analytic services utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis for the home, clinic, and community settings.
- Case Manager
- Case Managers oversee client programming under the direction of a clinical supervisor (BCBA®).
- Behavior Technician
- Behavior technicians implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals, written by the clinical supervisor and/or case manager, for clients receiving behavior analytic services in the home, clinic, and community settings.

- Scheduler
- Schedulers create and maintain all client and 1:1 staff schedules for Verbal Dimensions in a non-clinical capacity to ensure efficient operations.
- Human Resources Administrator
